Human Resources International Conference
9-11 April, 2026

Call for Submissions

We are excited to announce that the 6th Human Resources International Conference (HRIC) is scheduled to be held at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore in India. Previous HRIC conferences were successfully conducted in China, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand, and South Africa. We invite academics, practitioners, and students to share their insights, research, and expertise. In an era of emerging technologies, helping employees and leaders navigate the unprecedented technological disruptions has become critical.

The 6th HRIC thus invites the academic community to contribute to the theme of Sustainable Human Resource Management in the Age of Disruption. In this conference, we aim to redirect the conversations toward disruption in the industry and explore how HRM can be reimagined to equip employees with the right skills and mindset to navigate the major changes dictated by these disruptions. We welcome papers, posters, symposia, and professional development workshop submissions on a range of topics relevant to the conference theme.
