  • Cricket Ball Manufacturing Unit- Pilot Project for women of SHGs. In the pilot phase the project will benefit 30 women from 3 different SHGs and will scale up as and when required.  

  • District Skill Development Plan-In line with the goal of decentralized planning prepared the DSDP keeping in mind the Skill gap & Local Industry requirements.  

  • Career Counselling and Personality Development Workshops- Planned and implemented sessions for Underprivileged along with the Employment Office of Meerut.  

  • Institution Building- Activating District Skill Committee and constituted DSC Sub committees.
