Many textbooks and working papers are written on a regular basis. Research carried out by IIMB is used to augment new courses and executive education programmes.

They are continuously on the lookout for opportunities to add to the body of knowledge in their chosen fields. Innovation and research at the Institute has been given a fillip with the establishment of Centres of Excellence that focus on specific needs of different specialized areas and industries, ranging from Public Policy and Corporate Governance to Insurance, Financial Markets and Risk Management. The NSRCEL is a catalyst for entrepreneurial activity and a well-known incubation center for start-up ventures.
