15 January, 2025, Bengaluru: The Mizuho India Japan Study Centre (MIJSC) at IIM Bangalore will host a webinar on ‘Demystifying Leadership Dynamics: Lessons from Japanese Corporate Resurgence’, from 4 pm on 20 January 2025, as part of the centre’s lecture series ‘Tatsujin-Speak’, that is, ‘Expert-Speak’. This series aims to provide high-quality insights into various aspects of India-Japan interaction, covering management, technology, culture, and more. The session about the emerging leadership paradigm of Japan will be led by Prof. Jusuke Ikegami, Dean, Graduate School of Business and Finance, Waseda Business School, University of Waseda in Tokyo.
