Abstract-
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is revolutionizing the interactions between businesses and consumers. Companies are increasingly leveraging AI to enhance online search capabilities, tailor advertising efforts, and gain insights into customer behavior. With AI-driven tools, businesses can better anticipate consumer needs, streamlining both shopping experiences and marketing strategies. However, these advancements prompt significant questions. Does AI help establish fairness in the marketplace, or does it concentrate power in the hands of large corporations? What implications does AI have for consumer choice and privacy? The webinar, through a presentation of latest research and practical examples of AI applications, seeks to examine how AI stands to influence the future of digital markets.
AI has become integral to online marketing and market research. Businesses utilize AI to determine optimal ad placements, evaluate customer feedback, and suggest products. Search engines and social media platforms depend on AI to deliver content that aligns with user interests. Yet, as AI's capabilities expand, it also presents new challenges. Companies need to strike a balance between automation and fairness, ensuring that AI-driven choices do not mislead consumers or stifle competition. Grasping AI's impact on these domains is crucial for businesses, policymakers, and consumers alike.
