Projects led/ initiated in district

  • Project Hardoi Prerna: Facilitated 1500 women in entrepreneurship development. Worked on aspects of organisational structuring, supply-chain management, and marketing.      

  • Project Atmanirbhar Gaushala: Planned for making 20 Gaushalas financially viable utilising 250+ acres of land. Managed first pilot project from planning to implementation, creating livelihoods for SHGs & revenues for Gram Panchayat. 

  • District Skill Committee: Focusing on capacity building of officials, conducted scheme collation exercise, prepared Demand-based skill plan, and solved implementation inefficiencies through meetings with Training Partners.   

  • Engaging FPOs: Promoted engagement of 10,000 farmers through leadership of 27 FPOs with the administration. 

  • Revival of Dairy Cooperatives: Worked on activating 400+ defunct dairy cooperatives. Took Hardoi & Lucknow’s officials on board to re-activate 6 milk collecting routes.
