District Lead under the The India Nutrition Initiative of TATA Trusts (July 2019- March 2020) for supporting the implementation of POSHAN Abhiyaan at district Sonbhadra of Uttar Pradesh.

Research and Documentation:

Comprehensive skill gap analysis involving more than 13 departments of the district. The report was seen as a precursor of District Skill Development Plan.
Livelihood Promotion:

Business plan on Mushroom Cultivation for NRLM SHGs through CDO office. The plan was latterly executed by NRLM and several SHGs have started practising the mushroom cultivation.
Institutional Strengthening:

With the help of DM, CDO and members of DSC, the fellow submitted the DSDP for both years. The DSDP of 2020-21 was also praised by MD of UPSDM during a video conference by MSDE, GoI and NITI Aayog.

Under the guidance of CDO and support from District Forest Office, the fellow completed the DEMP (District Environment Management Plan) as per the instructions of National Green Tribunal.
