Foundation stone ceremony at IIM Vizag

Union Minister for Human Resource Development, Smriti Irani, laid the foundation stone for the Indian Institute of Management Vizag on January 17 at Gambiram, about 25 km from Vishakapatnam. Ms. Irani said IIM Bangalore, established in 1973, would play the role of mentor to IIM-Vizag. IIM Bangalore Director Dr Sushil Vachani was present at the ceremony.
