PGPEM students clinch first place at IIM Bodh Gaya’s Encased 1.0 entrepreneurship challenge

12 February 2025, Bengaluru: Three students from the Year-2 cohort of the MBA for Working Professionals (PGPEM)—Vishesh Garg, Gourav Kumar, Naveen Rathani—have secured the first place at Encased 1.0, an entrepreneurship case competition hosted by the E-Cell of IIM Bodh Gaya as part of Elegante 8.0.
The challenge, which was held between January 2 and January 26, brought together 283 participants to solve a real-world problem faced by an emerging home services startup in Dharbhanga, Bihar. Spanning three rigorous rounds, it tested creativity, analytical acumen, and strategic problem-solving.
The winning team impressed the jury with their robust market research on tier-2 and tier-3 cities in Bihar, a deep understanding of India's home services ecosystem, and an innovative yet feasible solution aligned with the startup’s objectives.
