‘TeamOne’ of IIMB’s PGPEM students emerges runner-up in IIM Ranchi’s live business case challenge ‘Symvoulous 7.0’
The case contest was part of Agon-Rush 2022, the management-cum-cultural and sports fest of Indian Institute of Management Ranchi
16 February, 2022, Bengaluru: ‘TeamOne’, comprising Sangmesh Hiremath, Vijay Shankar R Iyer and Sagar Kalkhair, all students of IIM Bangalore’s two-year weekend MBA programme: Post Graduate Programme in Enterprise Management (PGPEM), was declared the first runner-up in ‘Symvoulous 7.0 - The Live Business Case Challenge’ conducted by Conundrum, the Consulting Club of IIM Ranchi. The case contest was part of Agon-Rush 2022, the management-cum-cultural and sports fest of Indian Institute of Management Ranchi.
The IIMB team finished second from among 942 teams that participated, with 30 teams qualifying for the second round and seven teams battling it out in the final round. Round 1 on January 31, 2022 was a quiz while Round 2 on February 03, 2022 was for case submission, followed by Round 3 held on February 04, 2022, which was the case presentation.
Symvoulous 7.0 is a live business problem demanding an actionable solution on the lines of change in the strategy of a company. The top innovative and cost-effective solutions also find their way to real-world implementation. The prize includes certificates and a cash component.
Agon-Rush 2022 was an online arena to challenge the business brains, cultural longings and sports skills of the best talent in India.
