  • Design Lab (CAD/CAM Lab) Instructor, November 2019 to February 2020, HKBK College of Engineering, Bangalore.

Projects led/ initiated in district

  • Monitoring mechanisms for Chief Minister Kaushalya Karnataka Yojane (CMKKY), Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojane (PMKVY), and various other schemes pertaining to skill development in the district. 

  • Assisted the District Administration in activation of the District Skill Committee (DSC) and formation of its Sub-Committees for Planning, Implementing, and Monitoring skill development programmes in the district. 

  • Conducted “Post COVID-19 MSME Survey”, wherein we visited more than 300 industries in the district.  

  • Discussed with them about the impact of COVID like migration of workers, difficulties in procuring raw materials and supply of finished products, economic impact, etc.  

  • Also made them aware of Government’s Support measures related to MSMEs in response to COVID-19. 

  • “Mini Job Fair at district level. 

  • Mobilization of candidates from across ten talukas (Blocks) of the district. 

  • Promotion of the event by visiting each Taluk Panchayaths, meeting Community Organizers, and through social media platforms. 

  • Customized Crash Course Programme for COVID Warriors under PMKVY 3.0.  

  • Two out of six job roles were assigned to Tumkur district- Basic Care Support (195 hours) and Sample Collection Support (211 hours). 

  • I was in involved in Mobilization and Counselling of candidates for both the job roles.  

  • Identification of training centres. 

  • Assisted in Registration, Approval and Batch Creation. 

  • Drafted and submitted to Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, the District Skill Development Plan (DSDP) for Tumkur district for the year 2020-2021. 

  • Drafting a Detailed Project Report on an MIS platform for the Karnataka Skill Development Corporation (KSDC) as directed by its Managing Director, KSDC. 

  • Conducted Skill Gap Study for Tumkur district. 

  • Reviewed the socio-economic profile of the districts covering demography, economic profile of district by industry, state of education etc. 

  • Identification of the current and future skills and manpower requirement by industries and estimated the gap that existed. 

  • Submitted a report on Market and Economy during the workshop. 

  • Introduction and identification of the current economic status of Tumkur district.

  • Working on how to articulate the “Youth Aspiration Survey” in Tumkur district.

  • Being the Secretary at International Humanity Foundation, New Delhi; was involved in the distribution of blankets, food commodities, and medicines among the slums.
  • Have been teaching Mathematics for unprivileged candidates from schools, higher secondary colleges, and Engineering Colleges.
