A Case Study of Yadgir district in Karnataka

The objective was twofold – establish collaboration with Kalike, a Tata Trust organization, and identify and explore research gaps in the implementation of the JJM scheme in the region.

To understand the status and implementation of JJM scheme in Jaunpur district, Purvanchal region of Uttar Pradesh

The first field visit was conducted in three blocks- Shahganj, Suithakala, & Khutahan of Jaunpur district, UP.

It is also proposed to do a comparative study between Yadgir district of Karnataka and Jaunpur district of Uttar Pradesh in the status & implementation of drinking water supply

Operation and Maintenance of MVS system in Arsikere taluk of Karnataka

The JJM-IIMB team studied the Gandasiulti Village Scheme (MVS) in Arsikere. It is one of the largest MVS schemes in Karnataka as it covers 143 villages.
