3 July, 2023, Bengaluru: In the 22nd episode of the ‘IIMB Podcast Series’ to be released on 9th July 2023, Prof. K Kumar of the Entrepreneurship area leads a discussion on the ‘Past, Present and Future of Entrepreneurship and the Role of IIMB’. During this session, he speaks about the IIMB History Project in the context of the momentous Golden Jubilee celebrations of the institute. This noteworthy initiative is designed to chronicle significant milestones in the illustrious history of IIM Bangalore. The podcast subsequently explores NSRCEL, the start-up incubator, and the pivotal role played by IIMB in shaping the landscape of Entrepreneurship in India. It also sheds light on the invaluable insights garnered from years of fostering the growth and success of start-up ventures, dispelling misconceptions along the way.

The IIMB Podcast Series is conducted jointly by the Communications Office and the Student Media Cell of IIM Bangalore. It is a platform to discuss the latest business, economic, management and social issues that are relevant. The Podcast Series features IIM Bangalore fraternity, including but not limited to, the faculty members, alumni and students, who provide their insights and perspectives on the topics and issues that surround us.
