1 August, 2024, Bengaluru: IIM Bangalore and Jagdish Sheth School of Management (JAGSoM) will host a roundtable discussion on ‘Service Excellence and Index of Service Excellence in India (iSEI)- 2023’ on 2 August 2024, from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm, in Hall N-001, at IIMB.
Prof. A. Parasuraman, Emeritus Professor of Marketing, Miami Herbert Business School, University of Miami, will be leading the session.
A globally acclaimed service quality guru, Prof. Parasuraman will be making a presentation on ‘service excellence standards’ in India. His presentation will further delve into methodology adopted for the preparation of Index of Service Excellence in India, and standings of various companies in the Banking, Automobile, E-com Grocery, and E-Com apparel sectors. Following the presentation, there will be a round table discussion on Service Excellence led by Prof. G. Shainesh, Marketing area, and Prof. A. Parasuraman.
