CDPG at IIMB and USC to ignite discussions on AI governance with joint conference
‘AI Data and Technology Policy: Lessons from India’, will be held on 9 December
7 December, 2024, Bengaluru: The Centre for Digital Public Goods (CDPG) at IIM Bangalore and University of Southern California (USC) will host the USC-IIMB Mini Conference on ‘AI Data and Technology Policy: Lessons from India’, on 9 December 2024, from 2 pm to 8 pm, at IIMB. The conference will serve as an important platform for strengthening the ethical governance of Artificial Intelligence. Furthermore, it will address the possibilities and boundaries of AI, build on data governance and policy discussions, educate on algorithmic accountability from the perspective of data providers and data fiduciaries, and lastly, trace the evolution of India's technology policy.
