Nishant Kumar
Verma
Nishant K Verma is a Fellow of the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta. He also holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree (B. E.) in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi. His doctoral research included the analysis of various flexibility issues in supply chains. This includes the study of flexible replenishment policies in the context of Vendor Managed Inventory and the flexibility requirements of manufacturing firms in general and manufacturing start-ups in particular. His other research interests include ‘Event Studies in Operations Management’ and issues in Supply Chain Management.
