Neha
Bellamkonda
Neha is an Assistant Professor of OB & HRM at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB) and IIMB Young Faculty Research Chair. She holds a PhD from XLRI- Xavier School of Management. Her work explores the area of incivility and mistreatment at the workplace among frontline employees. Specifically, she is interested in bystander intervention, affect, and behaviors post-mistreatment encounters. Her teaching interests are in the area of Micro OB, and experimental designs for behavioral research.
Research Interests: Employees' response to uncivil behaviors at the workplace, bystander interventions, ego depletion, and workplace loneliness.
