Globally, PropTech is a multi-billion-dollar industry. We strongly believe that infusing fresh talent through innovation and entrepreneurship is what keeps any industry alive and going. IIMB-RERI is uniquely placed with good access to the N. S. Raghavan Centre for Entrepreneurship and Learning (NSRCEL). Currently, we have ~10 start-ups exclusively working in the RE sector related issues. These range from fintech products to enabling online commercial deals and reducing technical snags during the construction phase.

We are currently working towards bringing a tectonic shift and disruption in the way the industry operates over the next decade or so. This would be purely driven by innovation (both technologically and otherwise) and improved social mobility.
