In the relatively short span of our existence, we have published a number of articles and papers with several more in the pipeline. These are apart from the vast majority of the conference and other academic presentations in reputed institutions like the World Economic Forum (WEF), Davos; NCAER, New Delhi; NUS, Singapore; New York University (NYU), etc. to name a few. The objective of our research is to make the Indian RE sector world class and attract global attention so that the entire value chain benefits in the process.
Currently, we are actively engaged in a number of nuanced areas of research evoked from both the student as well as the general research community. Our ongoing research focuses on areas like =affordable housing, land titling, real estate taxation and impact assessment of recent sector-focused legislations.
